2016 Harvest Dinner & Auction: Thank you!
Wow! We are still in awe of the overflowing love for Skagit Valley farmland witnessed at SPF’s 18th Annual Harvest Dinner & Auction on Saturday, September 17, 2016. If we were lucky to have you as a guest, thank you for your support of this incredible event, where we highlighted “The Love of the Valley”—a celebration of the farms, the food, the people, and everything that makes our valley so special.
The room was filled with farmers, non-farmers, sponsors, donors, SPF members and first-time guests—a great representation of the diverse fabric of our valley. The generous support of our guests helped raise nearly $130,000, ensuring continued efforts towards maintaining the viability of Skagit County agriculture. The funds raised at the Harvest Dinner & Auction will support SPF’s work to preserve some of the best farmland in existence.
